This document defines the terms and conditions of our working relationship. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both the parties, by placing an order with MandH Developments you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.
Service you can Count on, MandH Dev prioritizes our client to a professional web service, which includes web design, hosting, domain registration, maintenance, google analytics, e-commerce, etc
The Client gives Permission to MandH Dev to perform services mentioned in this agreement, on the Clients behalf which may include, domain registration, accessing their hosting account, creating databases and submitting their product to search engines
Once all material has been sent through to MandH dev, we will require +/- 10 business days to develop the site. thereafter a preview will be sent out to the Client by the developer, and the Client will have 5 days to confirm and or send back with any changes free of charge, Thereafter a fee of R350 per hour will be charged on changes
If the Client fails to pay an Invoice, MandH Dev has the right to withdraw the website and all materials used and to refuse completion/delivery of the work until all payments are met. In the event of cancellation, before the mentioned term is up, the Client will be responsible for a fee according to the market price for Materials and or Domain.
The Client may terminate this agreement after a 30 day period of a written notice given. The Client will be liable for final payment within the 30 day notice period and all other outstanding balances. The Client will be liable for all legal costs in case of default in payments.
All pages will not exceed an A4 page or have more than 6 pictures on each page
Yearly domain fees can vary from R150 per annum

- All material is to be provided from the Client for the development of their site. (logos,pictures,videos etc etc)
- The Client agrees to pay MandH dev on the signing of the agreement in accordance with the terms specified in each package.
- If needed MandH Dev has the right to outsource any specific project so as to comply with this agreement
- In order for work to commence, 50% of the amount should be paid for in advance which is non-refundable on our once-off packages. The monthly fee should be paid for our second option in order to commence work
- MandH Dev reserves all rights on working source files, databases and own full ownership of the website and design. The Client will not be given access to the Control Panel, Database or Ftp unless otherwise agreed to.
- MandH Dev may terminate this agreement with immediate effect giving written notice to the Client of such effect.
- All websites stated are static designs, should you require a dynamic website, a quote will be drawn upon request
- Once off payments are for the sole rights of your website design and can be transferred to another provider upon request or if the 24 months are up with our second option
- Stipulated prices are non-negotiable

We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way other than as disclosed in this privacy statement.

This information is used for further promotions in which you have expressed interest. You are encouraged to provide the additional, optional information specified on the registration form so we can provide you with a more personalized experience on our site.

We collect statistical information about you from page hits. Every page, image or CGI program requested by your browser from our servers is logged in a log file, which also collects the following information: your remote IP address, the referring HTML page and the type of browser and computer that you are using. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our site, track your movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. The statistical information we gather is used internally for marketing analysis. This information and IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Surveys And Contests
From time-to-time we request information from you via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose any information to us. Information requested may include contact information (such as email addresses) and demographic information. We partner with third parties for supplying prizes for our contests, but no information is shared with these third parties.
Contact information will be used by us to notify the winners and award prizes in relation to our competitions, and also for promotional mailings. Supplementation of Information
In order for this site to properly fulfill its obligation to our customers, it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from third party sources.
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, our users have the option not to receive these types of communications (refer to our choice and opt-out section below).
Correction/Updating Personal Information:

Should you wish us to remove your personal data provided to us, we will delete your account.
